Design permissions

Submit only designs you own or are authorized to process. Approve view access through the submitted shared design link. Your original design stays unchanged.

Prohibited content and acceptable use

You must not use CanvaToPSD to submit, convert, or process pornography; nudity intended for sexual arousal; sexually explicit material; other adult or NSFW content; sexual exploitation or abuse; any sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; sexual services; illegal or abusive activity; or content that violates applicable law or another person’s rights. This applies to submitted Canva links, designs, images, and generated files.

CanvaToPSD may reject processing, restrict access to or remove submitted content and generated files, or suspend service access that violates these rules. Report suspected violations to support@canvatopsd.com.

Reviewing your files

Choose your pages and pay before conversion starts. Completed files can be previewed and downloaded without another payment. Some fonts and effects may look different in Photoshop. Vector artwork is included as image layers rather than editable paths. For help with a failed conversion or a refund, contact support@canvatopsd.com.
