We use your email and Canva link to convert your design and send you access to your results. We keep conversion and payment records so we can provide downloads and support. No account is required. Our payment service processes checkout.

Design access and storage

We use the design content available through your Canva link to prepare your PSD. Design data, images, fonts, converted files and screenshots used to investigate conversion problems are stored privately on our servers.

Your design data and converted files are automatically deleted. We use them only to convert your design and deliver your files, never for any other purpose.

Access and support

Your private email link gives you access to your results. We use cookies to keep that access active in your browser. Keep the link private. We use service logs to investigate problems with conversions, payments and downloads.

Prohibited content and acceptable use

Do not submit Canva links, images, or designs containing pornography, nudity intended for sexual arousal, sexually explicit material, other adult or NSFW content, sexual exploitation or abuse, any sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual services. Illegal or abusive activity and content that violates another person’s rights are also prohibited.

Submitted designs, generated files, and operational records may be reviewed as needed to investigate reported or suspected violations. We may reject processing, restrict access to or remove content and generated files, or suspend service access that violates these rules. Report suspected violations to support@canvatopsd.com.
